Building a Healthier Workforce: Case Study
Overview
The pandemic exposed major gaps in workplace health - highlighting rising levels of burnout, anxiety, isolation, and fatigue. Iridia Medical set out to change that with a proactive, scalable solution: a plug-and-play Mental Fitness Program that organisations could easily implement to show genuine care for their teams.
The result was a 36-week, subscription-based program built around six pillars of mental fitness:

Solution
I designed and launched a custom LMS (Learning Management System) using WordPress and LearnDash, creating a seamless user experience for both organisations and individual learners.

Results
The Mental Fitness Program was piloted by two diverse organisations, each facing unique workplace health challenges; and both reported highly positive outcomes.
The Universal Group
A traffic control company with a large workforce operating long, irregular hours, Universal used the program to tackle issues like burnout, fatigue, and sleep disruption. Feedback from live Q&A sessions showed:
